Grow Taller 4 Idiots - Growth Factor In Children

Insufficiency" insulin-like growth factor or SIGFRID is a term describing the "lack of" or lower than expected levels of IGF-1 in the body. If the level is low IGF-1, growth does not progress as it should. This condition is known as severe primary IGF-1 deficiency.

Term "serious" classification used by doctors and does not mean that your child is a condition serious.

What does the term recombinant IGF-1?

It is IGF-1 produced by the recon beatnik DNA. Simplifying, this means that the gene for human IGF-1 is inserted into the bacterium Escherichia coli, which is then capable of producing it. Thus produced hormone is completely identical to human IGF-1.

This method is safe and is now used for the production of large amounts of drugs (such as insulin to patients with diabetes or growth hormone). For more information on recombinant DNA method, see History and present F treatment.

Will recombinant IGF-1 work?

Each child responds differently to treatment, but the effectiveness of recombinant IGF-1 has been well documented in clinical trials.
Results of treatment with recombinant IGF-1 have shown that the growth rate is significantly better long-term.

It recombinant IGF-1 safe in clinical trials, treatment with recombinant IGF-1 generally well tolerated and no child failed to withdraw from the study due to side effects.

The most common side effect was hypoglycemia, an abnormally low blood sugar. It occurs mostly at the beginning of treatment, but more often the problem with the treatment process softened
